They are designed to be more form-fitting and to have a lower neckline than unisex shirts.
I wear a 10-12 dress and a size XL in this women's cut tees and tanks. I wear a M in unisex tees (when I want them fitted, L when I want them looser). Please reference size guide for correct fit.
