Refund policy
If your item was misprinted, damaged, or defective please reach out to me immediately and I will do what I can to assist you. I do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges (hopefully I will as my shop grows but not now). For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If a refund is issued you will receive the full cost of the item minus shipping costs unless otherwise discussed in our correspondence. I thank you for your business.
